This policy explains what personal data Flamingo Interactive Ltd ("Flamingo", "we", "us", "our") collects through flamingointeractive.co.uk (the "Site"), how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It covers visitors to the Site only — not the ad-verification data we process on behalf of advertising clients under a signed service agreement, which is governed separately by that agreement.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message content.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use a cookie banner to obtain consent before setting anything beyond strictly-necessary cookies. See "Cookies" below.
  • Analytics data. If you consent, our analytics relay (provided by thedotrelay.com) sets a first-party cookie (fwid) and records standard usage data — pages visited, referrer, approximate location from IP, device/browser type — to help us understand how the Site is used.

How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form.
  • To understand and improve how the Site is used.
  • To attribute a form submission back to the visit that generated it (the fpid field forwarded from the fwid cookie), so we know which pages are driving enquiries.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Legal basis

We rely on consent for analytics cookies and legitimate interest for processing contact form submissions you send us directly (responding to your enquiry).

Who we share it with

We use third-party processors to operate the Site and do not sell personal data. Current processors:

  • thedotrelay.com — first-party analytics relay (only loaded with consent).
  • data.flamingointeractive.co.uk — our forms-handling endpoint, used solely to receive and route contact form submissions to our team.

Cookies

Strictly-necessary cookies (e.g. to remember your cookie preference) are set automatically. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. You can review or withdraw consent at any time via .

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained no longer than 26 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to data portability. Children's privacy

The Site is a B2B marketing site not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
